my extracting start then say
part1.rar: CRC failed in the encrypted file RCT191.avi (wrong password ?)
part1.rar: Packed data CRC failed in RCT191.avi. The volume is corrupt




now seems ok

No, no trick to it. Try typing the password manually and check if the filesizes are identical (apart from the last part).
