I recommend this one (4,36 GB). That's the highest quality release you can get atm. and it has some nice features like "play in chronological order" or "play in air order" with or without opening, ending and preview.

Otherwise, if you dont care about high quality, you can get A.F.K.'s very good fansub here (2,37 GB)
