Rei hasn't looked her best since 2015-2016 or so, but it's definitely been an improvement since she started this ReiRie project as compared to recent BRATS. It's like she's eating well again and laying off the over-the-top Korean makeup. She does seem happier with Rie, maybe working with Aya was difficult but who knows, those two seem to have a pretty good sibling relationship.
Rei is doing really fine. Went to one of her tour concert under Reirie this year. Her fans love her so much and she seems to be a lot happier now. Her singing also improves a lot though I still think she looks better prior to the plastic surgery.
She also features in a MV from Seiko Oomori's song. You can search youtube with this name to find it: みっくしゅじゅーちゅ
Her music is not for me. From a beauty standpoint, I prefer the "old Rei". But, glad she's doing well nowadays. I wish nothing but the best for her.

These (st1_g_rei01 - 5) are just the Minisuka photosets but re-named. I can't say which ones because I didn't save them the last time I downloaded them, and can't grab them again because they're paywalled.
Nor could I. But it shares a lot of photos from the sets st2_special2_rei03 and 04. Some of the OIMO albums shared content with existing sets with a few extra photos. The missing OIMO-972 is an example of an exclusive shoot (the leotard from IMBD-224). Those photos do not appear in any other sd set.
