Really need help to find this movie

Sougouwiki only knows 桂希ゆに (Uni Katsuragi), not the other two.
 
It's funny: The one on the lower right of the front cover (the one who is eating) looks in that picture a little bit like Nana Aida, doesn't she. ;)
But, of course, she is not Nana Aida. On the other pictures and thumbnail you can clearly see that she is a different person.

Just noticed Electromog had come to the rescue here (yesterday), as well. Is Electromog a superhero?

Looks like the cast for 2009's Working Woman Hunting 3- Dental Hygienist Edition (E.M. had provided their names in Japanese, in his first post) is:

Aya Hirai
Yu Shiraishi
Aiko Nagai

(The last actress also has the aliases of Shiho Inamori and Yu Minami, according to JavLibrary -- which also offers working K2S links for around 1.2 GB, Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3.)
