Rapidshare Accounts that aren't renewed

Does anyone know what happens to uploaded files if a Rapidshare account is not renewed.

I'd assumed that the uploads would become like free uploads - subject to the 90 day rule. However, on the join page, in the small print, it says "Your uploaded files will be deleted if your account is deleted".

Are non-renewed accounts deleted? If they are, then it sounds like it's better to use the free uploads.

I dunno. If I remember properly, they usually still be able to be downloaded. It's just that the account has been suspended until the guy/girl that has opened it, login and reactivate it.
