Buy hard copies in bulk, after a certain threshold it becomes cheaper than digital. Even more so if you buy second hand.

You can use https://www.suruga-ya.jp which ships only to Japan but you can use https://www.whiterabbitexpress.com/shops/surugaya/ which will receive the goods for you and send them abroad to your address.
