question about www.fetish-world.jp and related homepages

was searching for new video releases, but for some reasons I can't access webpages from JPN ála

fetish-world.jp or akibacom.jp

does anybody have informations uzzled: if there are

* only temporary problems
* did they left business
* or even had to close down due legal reasons

FYI, these webstores had a large supply of various fetish video DVD's which unfortunately mostly never were shared her on akiba-online or somewhere else but were an excellent source about new japanese fetish video material.
