Just got my first Fast CGI Error since the 'big fix'

Happened whilst uploading images to my profile album. It only happened once, but thought I should mention it.

Edit: Just happened again while trying the same thing

site appears to be slower than the days before too, in case it happens more often we again can think about a reboot.

Some got the error other the me.
I get it when i try uploading larger pictures.

Uploading pictures during high-load conditions might be causing your connections to exceed preconfigured timeout limit(s) in PHP (or IIS?), thus the FCGI timeout error.

If Mr. Chompy has error logging for IIS active, he might be able to get more details into the problem.
