Really only a few? I think it's very common in JAV. For example if a movie has one guy and one girl, most likely it was shot in one day with only one real cumshot. All the internal creampies or cum in mouth shots are most likely fake. Even when the ejaculation is visible it can easily be faked, IMHO.
