I'm no professional critique on the JAV industry but a good consumer that follows it as well as I can. Addressing your questions & comments. Some JAV studios are quite personal. They have clubs and members of the clubs are offered to be in some of their titles. Dogma is a perfect example I'm a member and every month I get a news letter ~6 times a year they invite me to be in one of their titles. I've never taken them up as I'm married and my wife would totally disapprove of it. But I'm very intrigued.
The actors in the School related JAV titles are rarely students. They might be university students but never high school students. Fewer men would be students than women. I don't know of any of the producers & having received the invitation to participate in said activities I know that I'm not getting paid, it's voluntary.

I'm not sure if PP is male or not but even some guys don't like the whole Bukkake thing. Personally it's one of my top 3 genres. I've seen a few western produced titles. Plus, I'd rather be making the movies... but usually that stuff happens in California only, and it's probably silm to none chances of getting noticed over there!
That's the problem with Ameriporn.... it's just not as into the cinematography as the JAV industry, in my experience, at least. And I think it could really take a hint from them.
