Jesus, all the much older guys looking at certain areas also adds to the sadness though.
After seriously feeling sad for her and looking at a bunch of different stuff, she always looks either sad or tired for some reason, especially when she was younger.
She also has a strange habit (or maybe it's her real feelings) of smiling and looking happy, then looking even sadder/more depressed then this picture after looking away from the camera or audiences briefly quite often.

I'd be the first to give her one too. I guess she's not happy seeing the people who potentially will watch her DVD and masturbate to it. Also the fact that the DVD is on sale for only ¥480 ~ $4.65 doesn't help either.

Can anyone tell me who she is and why was she standing there all alone in the middle of the street promoting her Dvd all by herself and for only 480 yen?

My guess as to why she looks so sad is that she didn't want to be in a porn movie, she looks pretty ashamed about it. I doubt it was even her idea, she was probably put up to it by her family because they needed a lot of money fast and thought she could do it in porn (she is pretty cute). But instead her dvd ends up selling for the price of a happy meal at McDonald's and she ends up standing on the street in the cold promoting it.

I often wonder why so many have this idea that the women who do this kind of work in Japan are so innocent and pitiable . . . and stupid?

I guessed it was photoshopped but everyone posting seemed to know her. Is she an actual idol? You can see a girl dressed as a maid in the background. I suppose they are advertising stores. Also I thought idols got paid a fee, not royalties, so why would she try to sell it herself?
