its been a while since you posted and you have likely given up by now but i will answer as best i can just in case.

if the pw is four numbers and the kanji you attached just represents the last number then it is likely you have already solved that by yourself.
the kanji you posted 語 is actually for 'word' or 'language' but the pronunciation is the same as the number five, 五 (go).
