First of all I want to share a story. I saw this thread and thought to myself that this movie will never be identified because of the fact that the only clue is one not so high quality picture. Despite that, I saved the pic and tried to search it on google, but nothing came up. I started browsing screencaps from SWITCH titles (it looked like one) ONE BY ONE but still, that didn't amount to anything. I decided to stop there, but I decided not to delete the picture, just in case.
Just a moment ago, I suddenly got bored and decided to look at my saved pics. When I saw the picture something made me curious: the girl with the stick thingy looks familiar. I didn't know her name and I thought that the idea that its her based solely on side profile seemed ridiculous, but still I took a jab at it. I again searched for her name from the movie I saw her in and learned that her name is Kaori Otonashi (音無ã‹ãŠã‚Š).
This is the moment of truth! I browsed through her titles and suddenly, in a stroke of what I may call as divine luck, I found this
From that moment I realized how Archimedes might have felt when he shouted "Eureka!" Now all I have to do is post it. Unfortunately, I was not able to subscribe to this thread, deeming it as a lost cause. I searched for this thread for about ten minutes and that really blew my good spirits. Maybe good fortune is always partnered with misfortune.
But here I am now, telling a lame story and not getting to the point. Anyway, the pic is from JUX-321.
