Hi Akabane25; that looks like a photo shoot to me, possibly for a magazine. She's looking into the camera, the shots are slick, and the angles and scenery are too involved for a JAV photographer to have made a point of them... so the odds are, these are not frame grabs from actual footage. (Usually, porn publicity photos offer a few non-sexual establishing shots to provide the gist of what the porn represents, but obviously they would want to hurry up and get to something that suggests sexual activity.) In addition, a limited filmography for the lovely actress offers nothing "stewardess" related, and neither does this comprehensive one.

Obviously this turned out to be a full-fledged porno, and there is a movie behind it (usually going for 1.5 GB)...
At least the promising news may be that a ton of links came up when the relevant line was thrown into a search. Some were for photo sets like this and this ... (here we are told there is a larger photo set for 75 pics and another for an extra 15); so a download link may not be for the movie, although they do exist. Then there is a ton of torrents, among many examples (have no idea whether they are working, but some have been posted recently):
