Most likely this is an old attackers movie starring Yuki Emoto (江本友紀). Possibly SHK-011 or SHK-016, but the screenshots on DMM don't show the scene.

Not sure what I was thinking, but this being an uncensored video it can't be an Attackers movie, though I did get the actress' name right.

I have managed to find a copy of this movie and put it on Mega. I'm not sure whether there's supposed to be more, the end of the last scene doesn't really look like a movie ending. I still have no clue what movie this is exactly.
As it's apparently quite old, the quality isn't great, a 600MB mpg movie at 320x240 resolution, but I guess I should be glad I could find anything at all. I split the file into 3 rar files to make it a bit easier to download.
