I do remember about this movie, the girl wearing a blue latex dress almost like this pic below, but not her what Im looking for..

The story is about that girl hands was tied with a rope and interrogated, and the guy put some liquid wax on her stomach.. that is a old movie I guess.. can anyone know her name or the movie ID ?

Her skin body is white, and her boobs is big..
