Always a good idea to put up frame grabs as you smartly did on this other I.D. thread of yours... and as I helped you with yet another of your I.D. threads which (thanks to teamwork) led to the identification.
The video or GIF link should be provided as a supplement, because not only are you lessening your chances for a solution (not everybody has the time to open up links), but also these links do not always survive. I did not see a primary GIF with your link (there are many thumbs below... were you referring to one of those, without making it clear?), so maybe it has already been taken down.
The one who asks the questions should spend more than a couple of seconds by slapping on a link, especially keeping in mind how the question-solvers can sometimes spend hours. (Have you read the guidelines?)
