A nose job is so common for Japan and Korea, it's hardly worth any attention. Speaking as a DUDE, I don't notice nose jobs, especially when the boobs are out.

Asymmetric boobs and/or nipples are quite common. It's actually rare to find a perfectly symmetric pair. Of course most people prefer symmetry and rate them more beautiful. But a bit of asymmetry is not at all proof of surgery or declare it a disaster.
All these examples are NOT disasters or "a complete turn off" (the topic!). They maybe not the most beautiful women (or body parts) in the world, some may like them, some may not. Partly it's personal taste. But even the worst example (my personal vote for worst is Mao Misaki's rubber boobs) doesn't quality for "disasters". Disasters mean I can't even maintain erection and finish the job. If any of these women are naked, in front of me right here, I'd happily molest all their real or fake body parts.

according to minnano she was 天海こころ Kokoro Amami since 2017-2-16, back then she was 80B-60-86, then since 2018-11-7 she adopted the current name and became 15 days younger, as well as new measurements : 85E-59-91
Well she debuted at age 18 now she is 21, so I could believe she had a growth spurt (of her breasts not her nose). But you have been following her so hopefully you could tell if that wonderful growth happened in 2-3 years or 2-3 weeks.
That way we don't have to look at that nose that can put quite a few studs to shame.
I checked her her first releases and her last 2 titles as Kokoro Amami (i dont know why i keep saying Kokoro Aemi) and i cant notice any difference in the size of her breast, was then when she reappeared as Eimi Fukada with new nose and new fake boobs, hands down one of the worst plastic surgery in jav ever, it looks like hard plastic sometimes. She reminds me now as one of those plastic korean idols.
She reflected a lot of self confidence the way she stared at the camera when she was Kokoro, MMKZ-045 is a nice example, so her face is important in her sexy modus operandi.
I still like her a lot though.

I think her past self looks better even if in the second picture there is way better illumination and make up helps her a lot too.I dunno, I *did* check out her older stuff after discovering her recently, but I think she looks better now.

Agree, her nose may not be my cup of tea. A surgery isn't a disaster because it's easy to notice (before and after) or because it's not someone's cup of tea. It's successful surgery if the outcome is what she/agency wanted to achieve. There seems to be a strong trend towards very straight very long very pointy nose and big round anti-gravity tits. Both these are somewhere between risky to outright turn-off. It's a sad trend, really. but not disaster according to the topic.
