@Mimisan checking. A lot of corruptions and jumps, player is struggling to find content; looks like a file not "torrented" in full, but taken incomplete somewhere in the middle of transfer.

OP said these, but i don't understand all. Hope u understand them.
"The ISO is still region-locked, and my DVD Decrypter thinks the VOBs are still encrypted as well.

Removing the region lock is easy enough for me, but DVD Decrypter couldn't find correct decryption keys for any sectors of the VOBs. I'm not proficient enough in this area to know what to try next.

In the meantime, I was able to burn a region-free DVD that exhibits the extreme visual mangling RatKing mentions, and consistently freezes up my BD/DVD player in about 30 seconds. Any tips?"
