Thank you for this. The previous scan has several missing pages and some pages out of order (the disembodied legs on page 95 go with the torso on p2). Don't know if that was an original mistake on RicX's part or if the files just got jumbled and renamed over the years. But thank you for providing an intact copy of the book.

That said... why are the pictures so green and oversaturated?

I'm not original scanner so i dont know, probably was color retouched a bit after the scan was done.
