This one starts off a bit scarily, as there is a whole horde of male workers descending on this poor lady - quite a sexy lass, too. Hopefully, you will recognize her.

At one point, she gets what looks like buckets of white paint splashed on her, which seems to be a pretty novel concept. (The men next splashed buckets of water on her, to clean her off; see, they weren't so bad.)

Wherever I got this clip from a long time ago, I see it was titled as "Female Boss." But who knows whether the lady in the movie actually plays the role of a boss. Regardless, this description may serve as a clue. (EDIT: After Outdoorlife figured it out, as you may read in his post below, turns out the movie was called: "The Beautiful Secretary's White Tears." The "boss" clue stunk.)

I went through the DMM screen shots of MADONNA's "Disgraced Female Boss /
Disgraced Real Estate Lady" series, but came up dry. (Of course, I am illegally blind.)

Didn't know the video but that's definitely Sakai Chinami (酒井ちなみ)
Dug a little further and found ATID-097. Good thing my vision is still in tact.
