Four actresses in this movie, I take it?
If so, according to Sougouwiki the other three are: Ruru Aizawa, Runa Mizuki, Ryu Enami.
On the other hand, the same resource tells us "Total 4 people + 18 people in total," which could mean there are eighteen actresses in all instead of four. (Which would make sense, given that the movie is... eight hours long? The screen shots above represent four hours, which must be "Part One.")
I was fooled by the back cover, making it look like there were only four ladies featured. See? Four separate sections. In fact, the top of the front cover spotlights four actresses as well, so this is confusing.) If there are eighteen instead of four, the likelihood of our lady being Nanako becomes diminished...
