Newscaster

This was a while back but I cannot find the name of this newscaster. There are many videos of this on the web just google but I don't see the name. Can anyone identify? Thanks.

Looks like SDDM-143. Unfortunately DMM lists no names and Sougouwiki only mentions Miohana (澪花) with no further information and other sites claim Reika (麗華).
