erm, what i mean is the categories/sections such as anime, manga, music, ect.
this is because i noticed that there are some mix of asian torrent in the JAV section, thou it is just a few torrents.
with the new section, perhaps we can share more of those (Asian, western for example) torrent?

I don't think a western section is foreseen as this forum is really dedicated on the asian-sourced material.
Since I'm here I'd like to request a "hentai game downloads" subsection in the "hentai downloads" section, there is a fair amount of threads being in the main section. And maybe the same for "hentai cg/image downloads". Then it has a similar structure than the "hentai torrents" part.

another suggession, a section for porn that with storyline, if not mistaken called as soft porn? watched few from taiwan/hongkong, quite nice but hard to come by...

Yes. Non-Japanese AV is allowed because all AV production units adhere to at least US Code Title 18 Section 2257. But there is no analagous legal code governing the production and sale/distribution of content featuring under-18 models, therefore it is important to limit it as best we can to only Japanese-produced content (which has its own regulations).
It has nothing to do with the race of the models and everything to do with the fact that non-Japanese child modeling agencies frequently hide their identities (fake names, addresses, aliases) in order to stay "under the radar". Because of the lack of a paper trail or existing credibility, there is an inherent risk that the models could be physically harmed or exploited in the process (which would be illegal, and thus posting such content would most likely also be illegal). And without any way of researching the photographer or agency, there is no way to know for sure whether the content is legal or not. Thus pragmatism dictates that we err on the side of caution, eg: no non-Japanese-produced content in the U15 section.
