You have a few strikes going against you, here. First, no one cares about male actors. (See, you put your thread up yesterday, and you've only had four hits so far.)
Second, you did a poor job of identifying which male actor you are after. This movie has a lot of male actors (probably eight):
What you needed to do (assuming you own the movie, which you almost certainly do) was to prepare clear frame grabs of the actor's face. (Using a program that most likely came with your computer, or an outside one such as this.)
I guess you are referring to the man on the cover? You should have made that clear. Looks like he is featured in the last scene, according to the thumbs, above.
Here is the Good, Bad, Ugly and Tubby thread devoted to male actors. Maybe he's already there.

If you do learn his name, it may still be difficult to track down the other movie you're hoping to get to the bottom of, because the usual reference sources (such as DMM) do not list the credits of JAV male actors. (There are a few reference sources for the filmographies of male actors, but they don't list all male actors.)
