DMM has these as two short clips, the massage part 10 minutes and the couch part 13 minutes. If they're also part of a longer movie I didn't see it.

The codes are HIGH-201 and HIGH-019 and the actress is 水樹あやか.

Yea. I suspect it was part of the longer version since the editing in both HIGH-201 and 019 seems choppy and rushed

You were right. The couch scene is from KAGS-029 and the other scene may be from KAGH-046. At least it has several scenes filmed in that same room. Both are movies with various girls in different scenes so there may be an even older source.
