The movie is SIRO-2418. Not sure about the name, sougouwiki says 和希里奈 but with a ? so they don't seem to be very sure of themselves.
Yeah, think of SIRO as a kind of pre-debut — like a second debut before their official one. I always get the sense that the product is being tested before the real camera work begins.
