She's more than likely Korean. Based on the watermark at the top left and her facial/hair style.

Thanks for the info. I did find this in one of the Korean forums but I noticed the letters behind her isn't Korean so I thought otherwise.

In all fairness of saw this on my phone in a low bandwidth area so I only saw the first 1.2 seconds. Where do you see other non Korean letters I can't make anything out

Actually within the first couple of seconds it's barely visible. It's right behind her and you can see it later when she moves her head.

While the writing behind her is never quite in focus it does look like kanji and not something in Korean.
