Goodness GWACIOUS, Blade Runner! You sure did not give your readers much to go on, here... heck, I'm one of those not all that enamored of eating Sushi off a plate, let alone... I mean, I've seen movies of this kind of action (sure recall some JAVs), but... I mean, I have done the food and female body mixing with other things, like strawberries, and yet sometimes that gets messy (whipped cream, yew know) and the novelty wears off fast, and... well, where am I even going to get the Sushi from, in short notice, as a bedroom prop? CHEEZE, this is a tough one. And then you go off and make it tougher by limiting the lady to the East Asian variety..

Thought I'd dig up a photo to dress the post up (I mean, I have seen several JAVs with this action as mentioned, but how am I supposed to remember which ones? Huh?), and then I learned...
This is a thing!
It's called "Nyotaimori" ... how do you like that! Even an American restaurant has gotten into the act, charging five hundred dollars for the experience.
Just my luck, I can see going to this eatery in London, forking over a giant bundle of cash, and then I'm going to wind up with this guy...

I don't have much info except the model could be either porn star or exotic (creative description) dancer. Admission is $125US.

A decent sushi meal can cost $100, easily. A woman who's even semi-hot would not take off her cloths for less than $50. I am going to guess it's going to be 5 pieces of cheap salmon on a topless (wearing panty) 45 year old lady with hard silicone tits, 15 minutes "experience" with a bouncer over your shoulder ready to demolish your nose if you so much as twitch a muscle.
