Well it might not be as easy as just "order them from HMV". You're more than welcome to try and I encourage everyone to spend their valuable money on the music and movies they love. Japanese web sites however can be very very bad for non Japanese to order from though. I'm not really into industrial and metal but the most mainstream artist in the genre I can recommend is Gackt.
