Multi audio stream hentai anime series

I just recently found out that this wasn't a new thing. Maid in Heaven SuperS which was released back in 2005 by Green Bunny had 2 audio streams for both the Jap and Eng Dubs.

I hope someone could tell me about other titles that also have multiple audio streams. I'll make a list here and make updates when necessary.

could be hard to tell or find, AVI files (mostly used) normally have only one audio stream, when there are MKVs or even older OGMs there is a chance to find out, the other chance are the covers themselves, if there is english text too...
