Miharu Honoka is doing a Nier Automata Cosplay AV film

For those that don't know, Nier Automata is a sleeper hit Japanese RPG this year with a non-AAA game budget and little to no marketing that has sold 2 million copies from critical & community acclaim and strong word of mouth. Its also lead to a huge fan following in the cosplay community so it comes as no surprise that a cosplay AV would eventually come out.

As for the star character of the game 2B, I think Miharu Honoka is a great choice. She may not be cute on the level of Ideapocket girls, but she is a pretty girl with a slim body yet nice big tits and thick hips. Her proportions make her a fantastic 2B.

And if you haven't so already, I would highly recommend playing Nier Automata if you haven't yet. It is one of the best games so far this year.

Reading the plot of the game on Wiki, it's not the type of game/plot that appeals to me. Particularly a robot-fighting combat machine that has an appearance of a hot girl/woman makes no sense to me.

I know it's trending, using hot girls or even hot boys for mean killing machines or characters. I could make an exception for Major Kunsanagi (Ghost in the Shell) but generally, no.

So how to make a porn version of it? As I said so many times, it would be very disappointing if Honoka simply made a sex vid with costume on. But how to reflect/reenact some scene/atmosphere/dialog lines from the original material and still make it a sexy sex vid? Esp. 2B's "personality" seems cold and unmoving... So what's going to happen with the sex. She will take piston pumping in the asshole without making any expression? Taking a hot and talented human actress and ask her to act like a rubber sex doll. Hmm not an exciting prospect.

One aspect that may actually appeal is Honoka recreate some signature move (slash, hack, jump attack etc) from the game. But (1) it will be extremely costly and challenging for a AV idol and crew, (2) it's not a natural transition to disrobing and sex.

The cover look so good and the promise of DP, I will have to download it. But already set myself up for disappointment.

While the actual reason for her design is obviously "Just because we can." it does make sense within the story, in that the androids sort of worship humans based on their knowledge of past, now long since gone civilizations and are designed to look like an idealized version of a real human being. The story is a lot smarter than you'd think, just looking at the cover.

Especially considering it's a sort-of sequel to Drakengard, a game that ended with giant demon space babies eating everyone, and our mass murdering anti-hero and his dragon being transported through a dimensional-rift to modern day Tokyo, where they fought it out with a giant goddess, then, after a short victory celebration, got shot down by a japanese fighter jet and impaled on Tokyo Tower.

Game was nuts (And kinda shitty and tedious in regards to the actual gameplay.) and you'd never guess it and Nier Automata were connected in any way but they are and that's great!

That may be your definition of sexy but that doesn't mean it will be everyones. If that was the case, we would all like and dislike the same things in porn and there wouldn't be the need for fetishes. Is there some decent non-sex scene reenacting from the game? Voice work? Did Miharu and/or studs voice some famous quotes from the game? And music? I would not demand that OST from the game be used, seems from the cover that the AV production isn't authorized by the game (typical for parody) but still I hope the AV company has a budget for some BGM in compatible style. Any comment on SFX/action part of it?
