It's not a nipple. In that set Mayumi was wearing pasties that cover up the areolas. These girls always wear pasties for Minisuka and Imouto, despite constant claims to the contrary.

Come on, gokkunfan; give the guys some hope. Maybe she just has very deformed nipples - completely flat and pigmentless.

It's the Minisuka.tv video dvd25_mayumi-y01, released 2016-12-08. It was shot concurrently with her most recent IV, BMAY-009/DMAY-009 「そこはダメ」, which was just released a few days ago on 2016-12-20. If you Google the exact title from the screenshot:

山中真由美次回作ＤＶＤ「そこはダメ」乳首ポロリハプニング！？セクシービデオ

the first result (or one of the first results, at any rate) should have the video freely available for streaming.

Sorry if I'm being a bit oblique, but Minisuka is so aggressive about takedowns that I'm trying to avoid that by not posting the link directly.
