For Magnet links you select and copy the Magnet text, then in your torrent program, ADD TORRENT FROM URL - it will auto-paste. My uTorrent doesn't work with Magnet links, but some do, at least.

bad news: this gets stuck at 99.9%, even skipping the unwanted files, and i can't find any other source (beside premium downloads)
i fixed it using asfbin and it works fine, so it's up to you to decide if it's worth the hassle.
