Looking for Japanese dictation/transcription software.

I'm looking for Japanese dictation/transcription software that'll type up, in Japanese, what is being said,
also in Japanese.

Also, it should be available for foreigners, if at all possible.

I've found a couple of old Japanese sites that offer dictation software, but I have no way
of getting them.

I'm willing to buy the software as long as it is effective and not outdated.

I've already tried programs like Dragon (Nuance dictation software), but since their main market
is not Japan, their support for Japanese is almost none existent.

I've never heard or seen an application that could do so. If such software did exist I can imagine it not being very accurate. Much like OCR there are things that machines just can't understand and or interpret. The application would most likely if not certainly only be in Japanese so a knowledge of the language would be needed to be able to use it. The best way to go about dictation/transcription->translation would be through a person. More accurate, fast, and reliable than software by far.
