Well i can put a regular link in my signature but i like to edit it so instead of having the address "http://www.akiba-online.com" it will just have "Akiba-Online" and you click on it it will bring you to the webpage... (note just using the fourm as a example) well i wanna do the same thing with my threads but the way i usually do it is like this:

<a href="http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?p=3662#post3662/" target="_blank">Sosi's Hentai List!</a>

but when i try to do that in my User CP in edit signature it doesnt come out right am i doing anything wrong??? Can someone please help me out regarding this issue thanks ahead of time...

you can't use HTML in your sig, it won't be parsed for security reasons.
