Now that you mention it, the mask maybe a big clue. We rarely see masks in mainstream (censored) JAV. Most of the time, the studs show their faces, sometimes the male (studs or AD) have their face mosaic'ed for whatever reason. Masks (except for the pandemic) tend to be used only for (real) amateur sex scenes, mainly FC2 original/fan-made vids. So my best guess now is -1646458 is not from any previous JAV (leak or decensored) but an FC2 original made by an (ex-) JAV idol.
I've seen a number of JAVs like this. I guess the reason that the guys (and gals) are masked or face-blured is to give the illusion that they are amateurs while in fact they are pros.

Yeah, two of her's leaked. One is real and probably the best leak so far, she is really into it. The other is a nakadashi bukkake video and it's all fake.
