Lady Sings the Clues?

No, she's not Billie Holiday... but I think she goes back to ye olden days - the movie I know her from hails back to 2008 - so I guess the best chance for an I.D. is if her face sets forth any clues from your memory.

The title's goofy translation reads as:

HAVD-481 Mother Daughter Returned In The Body For A Loan Of Darkness Hell Meat

The lettering below, from the movie's beginning, probably refers to the title and not the cast, but my guess is as good as mine:

She has a very interesting face... sometimes sporting a sort of pixie-ish look.

Among other villains, she is up against the Pompous Pompadour:

Not 100% sure as the cover doesn't actually list any names but I found one person claiming it is Misa Tachibana (橘美沙) and she does look similar. You be the judge:

Only have one title featuring Misa Tachibana in the collectiion, and it happened to belong to one of my favorite series:

"Friend’s Mother Violated in Front of Him" (SPRD 196)

Opened it, and the movie's very first close-up of the actress clinched the I.D.:

We know there is no end to the number of lowlifes, not connected to the productions, who profit off JAV. It's only fitting to add one who is pure-of-heart to the list. We ought to find a way for Electromog to supplement his income, so that he, too, will be benefiting off his incredible JAV knowledge - not just us.

A recent post featuring Misa from an uncensored work, Forbidden Relationship [DT07], which includes beautiful photographs, as well as a ridiculously-sized download.

Based on Misa's DMM listings, what may be one of her last original productions (ARM 006) was from January 2010; she has been out of the game for a good while. (The uncensored DT07 was released in 2009.)
