A fairly interesting anime. Like the majority of anime this mixes action, humor and dramatic elements in order to tell its' story. I found the pace of the story a bit uneven and the mixture of elements within it not to cohere well on the average. So the story seems to drag a bit at times and be a bit over dramatic because of this. This does not, in my opinion, make this a "failure" of a production because there are times when the anime and story shine. The story can be quite touching if you allow it to be, despite that it tries to hard to be so. The characters themselves are interesting but because of the large amount of players not much depth is invested in most of them and it becomes hard to become invested in most of them. There is no real fanservice (the anime comes off as a little "yaoi" actually but mostly in a humorous way) but the silver lining to that is that it is a good family anime, although a trifle deep for young children. The animation is good and the encode is excellent.

Plot Summary: Nai searches for someone important to him, with only an abandoned bracelet as a clue. Gareki steals and pick-pockets to get by from day to day. The two meet in a strange mansion where they are set-up, and soon become wanted criminals by military security operatives. When Nai and Gareki find themselves desperate in a hopeless predicament, they encounter none other than the country's most powerful defense organization, "Circus". The Circus is a Defense organization that works for the government. They perform raids to capture criminals and solve crimes that the Security force otherwise cannot handle. After their raids, they put on shows as an apology for scaring the citizens. Their group consists of the strongest, most capable fighters that use a special type of bracelet, known as Circus I.D., to fight.
