Yep, I watched this movie...It's a really weird sensation. The technique is not so bad but, Ichika is now 25 and honnestly looks much younger...they succeeded in rejuvenated her up to 10 years in my opinion and in the last scene, she looks way more under 18 !!
As a huge fan of Ichika with pink hair, fortunately the director didn't choose a pink wig for her younger scene...I think I would have had a heart attack. x_x

Idea Pocket returns from vacation with two VRs. Joy and disappointment, for my taste.

The joy is the new VR from one of my favorite actresses, Nishimiya Yume. I can't get enough of her.
It has all the positions I like but possibly I won't buy it, it's only 65 minutes long. It's true that Idea Pocket always goes straight to the sex and doesn't do intros, but it annoys me that movies are getting shorter and shorter.

Well, my impression is that the top stars of studios like Nishimiya Yume at Idea Pocket or Kawakita Saika at S1, choose the VRs they want to make. And they always choose the same type, that's why they are all very similar.

I'm not complaining. The “boring” VRs where it's just a room, a girl in street clothes and sex without clothes, are my favorite. Boring but realistic, which is what I look for in VR. Which are just the ones made by Yume and Saika... I know you're at the opposite extreme....

Its by Zampa. He surprisingly doesn't suck at the shorter VRs. If it were any longer than he'll waste it on filler material anyway. Like if it were 80 or 90 minutes, clip 2 will be a 20+ minute scene that ends with a BJ, likely partially dressed. Not like you or I would care for it.

They're not hiding it. Its right there in the title if you can read Japanese. Can't really fault them for not thinking about folks who can't read it since its not like Fanza officially sells to us overseas customers.

Its really only wasted on us. Its a fetish I don't understand either but its more common than you might think. Heck, it even made it into the Yakuza games in a really weird but kinda funny scene. One doesn't quite expect a tough as nails gangster to enjoy wearing diapers lol.

I don't think Yume was ever considered a top talent for Idea Pocket. Her sales have been middling at best if I'm not mistaken and she hardly ever shows up in top sales on Fanza. At this point, only Sakura Momo is since Aizawa Minami retired. Not even our favorite Sasaki Saki is regarded as one yet. Nagahama Mitsuri has some potential to be promoted as one though.

OK, I just watched HNVR-157 and I have admit I'm not really bothered by Kasui Jun's new breasts as much as I thought I would be. Freaking hell, sometimes I wonder if I might even be hallucinating or something and that her breasts might actually have been like that all along.

Her breasts get groped and squeezed multiple times and they deform in a way that's not really possible with enhanced boobs.

Well, I don't know if I would consider the most natural form of sex, which is sex without clothes, to be a “fetish.” On the contrary, I think the rest of the world are damn fetishists and I'm the only one who isn't...
But it's not that I only like one type of scenario. For example, yesterday I bought 3DSVR-1784, where you marry a woman who already has a daughter, and you end up doing it with both of them...
I also bought KAVR-439, where the girl doesn't take off her bra in cowgirl position... So I can be minimally flexible when it comes to clothing, but I like other things. The missionary position in this movie is great.

The words to look out is 子供 (kodomo) which means child. These are kanji you'll never see on any AV title (for obvious reasons) unless its in the context of you pretending to be a child.

Or there's the katakana バブ (baby). That's also another clear indicator its that sort of title.

Strangely enough, the actual Japanese words for baby 赤ちゃん (akachan) is not really used for these titles. If you see it, likely its a title about...well...making babies.

What bothers me a little about these fetish titles is that they haven't released any titles in years, but now, suddenly, SAVR, SOD, Idea Pocket, and a few others are releasing them all at once. Aizawa Miyu also released one recently and frankly there's even less of a giveaway that its one such title. Even the usual keywords aren't there unless you're really that fluent in Japanese that you know that lingo cos she's not exactly treating you like a baby here but more like something of a pre-schooler.

Anyway, I think its kinda obvious that Aizawa Miyu has really levelled up since leaving S1 (actually looked like she might push Saika off #1 on Fanza, knocked Mio off #2 at some point). She's just too freaking hot for me to care what scenario it is. She has those gorgeous breasts of hers out, I will gladly call her sensei.

I was almost questioning my eyesight watching some of the recent Fanza VRs. WTF is that crap ... 8mbits, 9mbits. It's all looks super blurry and artifacts are flying in my face. It's a terrible experience, FANZA what is your problem?? Nothing new I know but cmon. Why is that still a thing? I will never understand it and it should lead to a full refund every single time because these products are in an unacceptable condition!!!

Bitrate aside the recent Kawaii title KAVR-366 with Kitano Mina / director Wet Puppy has an INSANE sequence all within the close top down camera position. It transitions from a normal slow introduction part -> into a 69 (I wish they would do it differently without the male actors hand, but ok) -> close kissing -> standard f2fm sex scene -> reverse f2fm -> some other angle were you are super close but she is a little tilted to one side and some more angles I have forgotten about, pretty cool.

It all transisition seamlessly with the actress moving between positions herself. I wish more directors would reintroduce new angles and experiment more with it. It feels like most of the capable guys in the business have given up or like Receive just repeating this annoying spider angle and nothing else. I think in VR a lot can be done for immersion that we haven't seen yet.

For the first time, the other day I had to upgrade with IA the 8K version of KAVR-438 BEFORE watching the movie, because on a quick first look it looked so bad, it broke my immersion. It's like watching blurry video with grain, not a real girl.

That's what Fanza doesn't realize, that It's killing VR because its 8K video that looks like a mediocre 4K, breaks immersion. When an 8K video look good, like most of A Festa, or some enhanced by IA, your brain changes the chip and no longer see video, you see a real girl, and you get twice as excited. That's what Fanza is denying us, and it's killing the medium.

In any case, I don't think you're getting as much image quality as you can get. In my experience, anyone not using HereSphere with the Sharping option set to high, is not getting the maximum image quality. Other players I have tried always look considerably worse.
Maybe in Quest the experience is different, I don't know. On PC the picture quality I get with HereSphere is far superior to any other.

We need more scenes like this. But as you say nobody risks or innovates, all studios apply the law of minimum effort: same plots, same scenarios, same positions....

Now all studios shoot 5 times more movies than before, and nobody wastes time trying to innovate. It's all about doing it as fast as possible. That's why VRs last less and less, 60-70 minutes is the current standard, and sexual positions are shorter and shorter.

I don't know if you've watched 3DSVR-1784. It's ok, but since it's only 70 minutes long, the face-to-face positions only last 3 minutes.... They spend 50 minutes setting the mood, and when it gets to the good stuff, three minutes per position, and that's it. You don't enjoy the sex, because there's almost none.

It's super distracting in itself. At some point I have to test the crap app that FANZA customers use to see how it looks. It must be terrible. Besides that the combination of what you describe and the many small thinks ZAMPA does ruined a ton of titles for me this year. It degrades otherwise solid VRs and these small factors accumulate and distract me from getting immersed. The result is that it feels boring and borderline unwatchable even though the girls are often cute and in some other areas it has some premium characteristics. SIVR-427 was and outlier, I liked that titles besides some minor flaws.

It looks amazing. Too bad Kitano Mina doesn't appeal to me.

I didn't like her performance at all at Honnaka and the titles she had with them and before that I felt like her acting was terrible. At Honnaka she always looked tired or as if she were on some kind of drugs, idk. But since she became freelance again she seems like a completely different person. Her acting has improved by a lot and she appears incredibly focused and calm now. It's rather obvious why you don't like her and it bothers me too. They are not even well made like in Jun's case. Otherwise she would be among my favorites at the moment.

The scenes with the mother weren't as good as the previous titles and since this is like 30% of the total runtime it kinda matters. I don't mind it as much that an angle is only 3 minutes if done right. But overall it felt more rushed this time. Like you said they wasted too much time on filler stuff like SAVR. I think the other two titles were the same lenghts but better distributed.
