As a result of a post on another forum; I went into a box of Japanese Adult Videos (JAVs) here and looked for releases from V&R Planning.
The first one I found was a “Noah Special”: "Super Violence ‘Sukeban’ Story • Obedience Institute" (VRI-013). This specific volume had two stories: Part II was 83 minutes, and Part III was 55 minutes. It's R0 and 4:3. For a JAV, this box has a lot of English-language text. Directed by Adachi Kaoru. Original story by Emuda Akachin. Starring Hayashi Yumika, and other females of "Chizakura-Gumi".
I proffer that this “Noah Special” was produced with the intent of having it played on cable/satellite channels in Japan.

I am actually going to E-Mail V&R Planning and ask it if the unmosaiced version (with/without English subtitles) is available from any producer in North America? And also, how many 'stories' compose this special series? This is Parts II & III. Obviously, there is a Part I. The way Part III ended, with other students and the school administrators beginning to strike back versus the sukeban girls, would seem to indicate a Part IV. A short while ago, I found being sold on-line one unmosaiced V&R JAV from Oriental Dream Pictures. Both were credited on the DVD box cover.
Whether I find and obtain the unmosaiced version of VRI-013 or not, somebody should show this.
