I just downloaded this one last weekend, there are seeds, at least at the moment. It's a decent AVI, with English .srt subtitles.

You also might want to check out the drama version of it too, the story line is different than the movie. I rather liked the drama, it had some neat plot twists, and I liked the story of the main female character

The movie makes absolutely no sense towards the end. Plus the chick is not even that hot. Id only recommend it to someone who is sorely bored and has nothing better to do.

I liked the Japanese version of the film alot. I completely avoid American remakes of Asian horror. I thought the main chick was super hot in One Missed Call (Japanese). Also there were some really good suspenseful moments. It's definitely far above average J-horror.
