I'm from abroad (outside japan) and this site said they accept only credit card issued in Japan.
Is there anyway could help me buy vid from this site?

I'm pretty sure they take credit cards worldwide. I checked their FAQ on their again redesigned site (it looks like they upgraded it again within the last 2 weeks) and it makes no mention of a Japanese card-only restriction.

Well, uh, did you contact their info@ email address?

I'm pretty sure they can take foreign cards. There may be a chance YOUR card wasn't accepted for some reason. Possibly due to fraud controls on their end, or your bank may have blocked it, or it's prepaid (sometimes this is an issue), etc etc.
