Is there a way to acquire the raw version of certain JAVs

I want to acquire an upcoming Moodyz flick without censored parts. I know they legally can't release it in Japan or related sites but perhaps there is a way to get it "privately". Any ideas? Or is it a futile wish?

It's very unlikely. The risk would be too great of it being leaked and if word got out they did that many actresses would no longer want to work for them.
