I'm also hoping to pin down the video, which I suppose will be easier once the actress is identified. I don't think it is Yui Asahina. I looked at her filmography, and focused on one of her "Investigator" titles... here she is, on the cover of Government Search Investigator (Bukkake Sneak Investigation) EXD-053:

I also checked out a Yui Asahina title I had pilfered in the past, News Reporter Captivity (DVS-015):

Still no Eureka moment, as much there are facial features that appear different. What clinched a no-go for me was a look at her body; Yui's breasts are fuller than the heroine in question, as may be seen below.

Alas, this investigation of the investigator may turn out to be hapless in its own right. Let's not lose hope, though - perhaps one out there will finger the lass.

Sometimes one gets nuggets of information when one Google-translates the reviews of a film's DMM page. I did so for DDNG004, Woman's Body Torture Institute 4, and one reviewer threw out "Riona Kinosaki"; searching for that name yielded nothing, yet another reviewer also threw out a "Riona." Perhaps the unknown actress at least has a "Riona" to her name.

While fishing around, I ran into this page from a site called the BDSM Bondage Forum; it gives some really wonderful reviews for other films from this and similar Baby Entertainment series; even features nasty Rapidshare download links that are apparently still alive (I only tested one). The reviews are well-written (I wish we could find such valuable descriptions for every JAV movie under consideration); I will include the one for the film in question, for you to get an idea:

Good going, WTFWTF! (By Yiminy, how did you manage to dig up this nearly one-year-old thread?) But of course, Member Clive5 had already uncovered the code for the movie. Your finding will be helpful for those who wish to get their hands on the film, and what you landed happily offers a reasonable size of under one gigabyte (as well as, unfortunately, unfriendly filehosters for the free downloader. Double unfortunately, these days they are almost all unfriendly).

I had dressed up this thread with such pretty pictures... what a shame the attachments all got lost by the wayside.

I checked my notes for the film, and I see I had come up with the name of the actress - which was the sole remaining question. What I have is "Rei Sakashita." It's been too long for me to remember how I arrived at that conclusion, so I hope my homework was correct.
