I'm pretty sure none of this has been released before.
I have all the main movies that these scenes belong to, but none of them have any "bonus" footage. Either none was ever provided with the bluray purchase, or the person that ripped the blurays deliberately left that content out (which I doubt.) So, I'm pretty sure all these bonus segments haven't been released before.

Yippee!!! I love these segments! Someone else adequately described them as "clinical", and he's exactly right. I love the clinical nature of them. No bullshit. No jumping/playing nonsense.
