I'm in Tokyo, where can I find the best DVD stores with the most likelihood of rare pre-2010 DVDs?

I regularly posted about Midori Takase, and I'm curious if I can manage to score at least one of her physical movies. So far I haven't, I'm assuming they're rare despite her prolific presence in the early muscle fetish genre.
Does anyone know which neughborhood or specific store in Tokyo may be likely to hold some?
