Any ideas? anywhere i've tried searching doesnt tell me the cast for this one.

Sougouwiki lists the following 4 actresses: ERIKA／紅音レイラ／霜月るな／藤本紫媛
Usually they list them in order of appearance, which would make this 紅音レイラ but it is hard to tell from those two pictures. Here's a cover of a different movie she's in. I'm assuming you actually watched RIX-011 so maybe you can tell whether it's her:
