identification of two actresses please

ran into short clips from two films that looked really good - drama oriented, good acting, good dialogues and situations - and would like to see the rest.
Any help in identifying the actresses and even better the movie references is most welcome.

I found both these clips in one of those sites filed with short free clips but no information whatsoever about the films' original names.
To help with the identification, here are below 2 more close ups of the actresses.
To avoid any confusion: each of them stars in a different clip / film, not together in the same one.

First one is Shizuka Kanno from HTMS-017.

Pretty sure the other one is an FA-Pro film too. But I'm too lazy to look for it at the moment.
