Can anyone identify the last actress in SDMU-122?

Actually, that's SDMU-134, not 122.
Sougouwiki lists only one of the three actresses for that movie: 井上瞳 (Hitomi Inoue). Not sure this is her because none of the three fake names on the cover are Hitomi. She's listed just as Yumi there.
